We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Executive to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative functions that ensure the smooth running of our offices and facilities, and will coordinate with the production, sales, and support teams through strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration including stationery, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
Oversee facility maintenance and ensure cleanliness and safety across office and factory premises.
Process vendor invoices and manage petty cash with accurate documentation.
Arrange and coordinate travel for employees and management.
Organize internal meetings, trainings, and official events.
Coordinate with HR for new joiner setups, including desk allocation, IT coordination, and documentation.
Monitor office supply inventory and place orders within budget constraints.
Handle internal courier dispatch, travel bookings, and accommodation arrangements.
Ensure compliance with company policies on security, safety, and workplace conduct.
Provide administrative support to senior management including report preparation and presentation assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
