Ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations by coordinating client follow-ups, quotations, fabric orders, vendor communication, and stitching/installation schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with clients on quotations, approvals, payments, and timelines
Prepare and revise quotations; place fabric and accessory orders
Coordinate with vendors, tailors, and installers for timely execution
Track fabric movement and order status
Maintain daily job updates and report issues to the store head
Candidate Profile:
1-3 years' experience in admin/coordination (furnishings/interiors preferred)
Strong follow-up, coordination, and multitasking skills
Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, Excel, and basic billing software
Languages: English, Hindi (Gujarati preferred)
