Job Summary





We are looking for a responsible and organized

Admin Executive

to manage day-to-day administrative and office support activities. The role focuses on ensuring smooth office operations and providing direct support to top management in their daily work.

Key Responsibilities





Manage overall office administration and daily operations. Provide administrative support to top management, including coordination, follow-ups, and daily task assistance. Maintain office records, files, and documents (physical and digital). Handle correspondence such as emails, letters, and internal communication. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers for office-related requirements. Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory; ensure timely availability. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with meeting arrangements. Maintain proper documentation for bills, invoices, and office expenses. Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for management when required. Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth functioning of the office. Support in organizing company events, meetings, and internal activities. Handle courier, dispatch, and document tracking activities. Ensure compliance with company policies related to administration. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and coordination skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail. Professional behaviour and confidentiality in handling information.

Qualification



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (

BBA preferred

). 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in administration or office management. Good communication and coordination skills Organized, punctual, and responsible work attitude Ability to multitask and work independently.
