Responsibilities & Requirements:



- Good Time Management Skills, ability to multi-task and manage priorities

- Effectively work in managing client database, handle data entries (External/ Internal)

- Effective communications amongst internal teams - Top Management, Marketing team, Designs & Promotions Team, Accounts, etc.

- Good in Event management skills - Vendor recruitments & negotiations, handling vendors

- Good Project management skills with respect to Exhibitions & Conferences

- Ready make high level communications with MDs, CEOs and Govt officials

- Well versed with Content drafting and letter drafting

- Ready to take emergency works whenever it's required

- Excellent Customer Service and communications kills (Both Written and Verbal)

- Good to managing records and agendas

- Good with Basic computer knowledge, MS office, etc.

- Awareness about Exhibitions & Conferences Planning is added advantage

- Good Command of English, Gujarati and Hindi, written and Spoken

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
