Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized

Administrative Executive

to handle day-to-day office administration and support business operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative activities Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and visitor coordination Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital) Assist HR with attendance, leave records, onboarding documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic knowledge of office procedures and documentation Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience working in an office environment in Ahmedabad Ability to multitask and work independently Professional attitude with problem-solving ability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
