Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive who has strong exposure to real estate operations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, support site teams, and ensure smooth operational functioning across projects and corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration & Coordination
Manage daily office operations, documentation, and administrative support
Maintain and update records, files, agreements, and project documents
Coordinate with internal teams, site offices, vendors, and clients
Monitor office supplies, procurement, and vendor payments
Real Estate Operations Support
Handle documentation related to property files, agreements, NOCs, compliance records, etc.
Assist sales, CRM, and project teams with administrative needs
Coordinate with brokers, clients, and external stakeholders when required
Support project-related administrative work such as work orders, approvals, follow-ups
Vendor & Facility Management
Handle vendor empanelment, negotiation, and coordination
Ensure maintenance of office facilities and liaise with building management
Oversee housekeeping, security, and office infrastructure needs
Key Skills & Requirements:
3-7 years of experience in Administration within the
Real Estate industry
Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, project support, and coordination
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
