Manage daily office operations, housekeeping, and maintenance activities.
Handle office supplies, stationery requirements, and inventory management.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of office infrastructure.
2. Documentation & Record Management
Maintain employee, vendor, and business documentation.
Prepare letters, reports, memos, and required documentation.
Maintain attendance, visitor registers, and other administrative logs.
3. Coordination & Support
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Operations teams for administrative tasks.
Assist in onboarding arrangements (ID cards, seating, system allocation).
Schedule meetings, arrange travel, and manage calendars if needed.
4. Vendor & Service Management
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and AMC services.
Collect quotations and support procurement processes.
Ensure timely service delivery and vendor payments follow-up.
5. Facility & Asset Management
Track office assets, laptops, systems, access cards, etc.
Raise IT support requests and ensure timely resolution.
6. Communication & Front-Desk Support
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
Manage couriers, dispatch, and inward/outward documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in administration or similar roles.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good organization, time management & multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
