Futuriztic Automation is a fast-growing smart home, lighting, audio-video and ELV integration company working with premium architects, interior designers, and leading builders across Gujarat. We design luxury home automation, lighting control, and home-theatre experiences for high-end residential projects.
We are expanding our Architect & Interior Designer Business Development division and are looking for a candidate with strong industry relationships.

Role Overview



Futuriztic Automation is looking for a reliable and proactive

Admin Executive

to handle day-to-day office operations, material movement, event logistics, and basic HR coordination. This role ensures smooth operations across the office and supports different departments as needed.

A two-wheeler is mandatory

for travel and material delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily office coordination including couriers, stationery, logistics, and administrative tasks Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and overall workspace upkeep Handle minor equipment maintenance and coordinate servicing as required Purchase office supplies and maintain proper stock records Manage material delivery and collection from vendors, clients, and project sites Keep accurate records of all material movement and ensure timely logistics Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements and dispatch Assist in preparation, logistics, and setup for exhibitions, events, and company activities Manage transportation of materials and ensure smooth event execution Support HR with attendance, documentation, filing, and onboarding processes Maintain employee records and assist in routine HR administrative work Provide general operational support to management as needed.

Requirements



Experience in office administration or coordination preferred (not mandatory) Freshers are allowed to apply Minimum Education - 12th Pass Must have a two-wheeler for material movement and local travel Good communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word) Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently Punctual, responsible, and well-organized
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
