Job Description

The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, coordinating office activities, and supporting the team for smooth functioning. The role also includes

handling reception duties when required

.

Maintain and manage

daily, weekly, and monthly branch expenses

. Handle

petty cash

, maintain cash books, and reconcile balances. Verify all bills, receipts, and vouchers before submitting to the accounts department. Track vendor payments and coordinate with accounts for timely settlements. Prepare and share branch expense reports with management. Maintain proper documentation for audits. Monitor and control unnecessary expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
