Mena Global is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Admin Executive
to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with strong communication skills, excellent command over English, and advanced proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the office
Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for operational requirements
Prepare and format reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office
Handle email communication, scheduling, and follow-ups
Assist in vendor coordination, procurement, and office management activities
Provide support for HR, Accounts, and Management as and when required
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with high accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Excellent English communication skills
(written & verbal)
Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
Prior administrative experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
