Manage vendor contracts, negotiate pricing, track performance, and maintain databases.
Coordinate employee travel, bookings, and expense reporting, ensuring policy compliance.
Oversee cafeteria operations, manage vendors, and ensure food quality and safety.
Maintain office supply inventory, order stock, and track usage.
Distribute welcome kits and manage new employee necessary supplies and equipment.
Oversee creation and distribution of visiting cards and employee ID cards.
Coordinate logistics for company events, including venue bookings and transportation.
Supervise security team, ensuring safety, access control, and emergency protocols.
Ensure cleanliness of office spaces and oversee housekeeping staff and supplies.
Manage office repairs, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
Prepare and track the facility budget, monitor expenses, and assist in budget preparation by reviewing costs and payments.
Act as point of contact for office inquiries, manage supplies, and ensure efficient office operations.
Additional Qualification and Skills:
Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written
communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
