We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as an
Admin and Marketing Executive
. The candidate will manage daily administrative tasks while supporting marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and drive growth. This is a versatile role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in multitasking.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems (physical and digital).
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and procurement.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and assist with audits.
Marketing
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Maintain and update marketing databases, customer information, and reports.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Liaise with clients and distributors to provide information and address inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in administrative and/or marketing roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and marketing tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of social media platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
