Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and vendor coordination.
Oversee maintenance services such as housekeeping, pest control, AC servicing, and fire safety.
Maintain attendance records and manage visitor entry.
Handle office supplies, pantry stock, and coffee machine maintenance.
Coordinate with service providers for repairs and upkeep of office facilities.
Assist in organizing office events and facility management activities.
Eligibility:
Graduate (any stream).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Experience:
6 months to 2 years of experience
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday & National Holidays: Off
