Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
Maintain records, files, and documentation related to operations
Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Support HR and accounts departments with administrative requirements
Ensure smooth functioning of office utilities, supplies, and facilities
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration preferred)
1-3 years of relevant administrative experience (manufacturing/industrial sector preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail
