Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and manage office documents, reports, and presentations.
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
Support HR in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and attendance management.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office-related requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
