Job Responsibilities: Admin Executive (with Travel Desk Management) General Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of administrative activities.
Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
Handle front-desk management, visitor coordination, and calls if required.
Support HR in organizing company events, meetings, and internal activities.
Coordinate courier, dispatch, and inward/outward material tracking.
Travel Desk Management
Plan, arrange, and manage domestic travel for employees (air, rail, bus).
Coordinate with travel agents/vendors to get best rates and ensure cost-effective bookings.
Arrange hotels, guest houses, and local transport (cab/vehicle) as per employee travel needs.
Maintain travel-related data: advance requests, reimbursements, and settlement of bills.
Develop and maintain travel policies & ensure employee compliance.
Track and maintain monthly travel MIS (travel cost, frequently traveled routes, vendor performance).
Additional Support
Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for vendor payments and travel reimbursements.
Assist senior management in scheduling travel and meetings.
Ensure employee satisfaction by providing seamless travel and admin support.
