Job Description

Greeting guests as at the Main Desk they arrive and welcoming them to the centre.

Building positive relationships with customers by engaging in friendly conversation and providing personalized service.

Providing information about the centre's attractions, rides, and activities, as well as any promotions or special offers.

Upselling additional products or services to customers in a friendly and helpful manner.

Handling customer transactions, including the sale of tickets and merchandise, and processing payments.

Maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the visitor's experience, including during any interactions with staff.

Monitoring the overall guest experience and providing feedback to management on ways to improve it.

Ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience and addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Assisting with the setup and operation of special events or activities following all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
