Opening for admin executive with experience of 2 years plus based in ahmedabad.
Responsible for providing administrative support & services .
Responsibility includes management of all office facilities including maintenance, security, House Keeping administration & office services. To arrange to procure, install & maintain various facilities, utilities & equipment. To call & negotiate with subcontractors / outsourcing agencies with a view to manage various requirements. Coordinate between the executives and internal/external clients.
Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive of staff member.
The candidate must be flexible, and organized to meet the demands of growing organization.
Produce professional quality reports, presentations and briefs
