Job Summary:



We are seeking a dependable and organized

Office Admin Executive

to manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations of the office. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:



Manage and coordinate

office cleaning and housekeeping

services Handle

logistics and courier

arrangements Perform

local procurement

of office supplies and essentials Maintain and organize

documents

(physical and digital) Conduct

data entry

and update internal systems Carry out

basic banking tasks

(cheque deposits, withdrawals, etc.) Provide

administrative support

across departments

Requirements:



Education:

Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor's degree

Experience:

6 months to 1 year in a similar role Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently
