Job Title: Administration Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting To: Administration Manager / Head - Operations

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Educational Qualification: Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in any discipline)

Industry: Corporate / Healthcare / Facility Management

Position Overview:

We are seeking a resourceful and dependable Administration Executive to oversee and manage all

administrative operations across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five

years of experience in administration, a strong network of reliable vendors, and a proven ability to maintain

operational efficiency in a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

? General Administration:

? - Oversee day-to-day administrative operations including office upkeep, facility maintenance, security, and

housekeeping services.

? - Ensure availability of essential office supplies, utilities, and consumables through proactive inventory and

vendor management.

? Vendor Management:

? - Maintain and leverage a robust database of verified vendors across categories - facility services,

maintenance, supplies, travel, etc.

? - Negotiate contracts, ensure competitive pricing, and monitor performance to ensure service-level adherence.

? Office Infrastructure & Coordination:

? - Coordinate repair, maintenance, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for office equipment and

premises.

? - Support internal teams in space planning, seating allocation, and infrastructure requirements.

? Compliance & Documentation:

? - Ensure adherence to statutory compliance related to premises, safety, licenses, and workplace policies.

? - Maintain updated records of contracts, service agreements, and audit documentation.

? Support Services:

? - Oversee courier, mailroom, travel bookings, and event coordination.

? - Act as the primary point of contact for facility escalations and emergency response protocols.

Key Requirements:

? Minimum 5 years of experience in administration or facility management.

? Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

? Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

? Good knowledge of vendor ecosystems and service procurement processes.

? Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools.

? High level of organizational discipline and multitasking ability.

Remuneration:

Upto Rs. 30000/- Per Month CTC.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
