We are looking for a professional and organized Admin Executive who can efficiently handle front desk/reception activities along with overall administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of MS Office, and prior experience in administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reception and front desk operations, including handling calls, visitors, and inquiries.
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and office management.
Maintain records, files, and office supplies inventory.
Coordinate with internal departments and provide administrative support.
Manage meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and office correspondence.
Handle vendor coordination and basic facility management.
Prepare reports, letters, and official documents using MS Office.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in administration/front desk/reception.
Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Presentable and professional approach.
