to join our team and support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations - attending calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
Assist in arranging meetings, office events, and internal communication.
Handle courier dispatches, incoming/outgoing mail, and office inventory.
Support HR and Finance teams with basic administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and record maintenance.
Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and efficient.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or equivalent preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
