Roles and Responsibility
- Greeting and Assisting Visitors: Welcome guests warmly, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and provide a high level of customer service. This includes managing guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Managing Communications: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence. They screen and direct calls to the right person and ensure messages are delivered accurately and promptly.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.
- Maintaining the Office Environment: Ensure the reception area and common spaces are tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. This might also include managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Kitchen Monitoring: This involves overseeing the cleanliness, stock, and overall operation of the office kitchen. This could include ensuring appliances are working, managing inventory of kitchen supplies (e.g., coffee, tea, snacks), and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Handling Maids: This likely means supervising the work of cleaning staff or maids. This could involve creating work schedules, inspecting their work to ensure it meets company standards, and addressing any issues or needs they may have.
