The Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, supporting all hotel departments, ensuring smooth functioning of office activities, maintaining documentation, coordinating with vendors, and assisting management in operational tasks. The role supports HR, Accounts, Housekeeping and Front Office teams as required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative operations across departments.
Maintain office inventory, stationery, housekeeping materials, and other admin supplies.
Source and evaluate vendors for admin-related purchases.
Maintain employee documents, hotel licenses, AMC files, and admin records.
Assist in preparing MIS reports, bills, and administrative documentation.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B teams.
Assist management with event arrangements, staff meet-ups, and hotel functions.
Assist HR with attendance updates, Support in new staff joining formalities and maintaining HR-related files.
Maintain records of safety drills, pest control, and housekeeping SOP checklists.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred/ Any degree.
Fresher -1 years of experience in admin roles is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email, MIS).
Ability to multitask and coordinate across departments.
Vendor management and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with hotel operations & statutory compliances is a plus.
