Oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative activities.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and front-desk interactions professionally.
Maintain and update student records, attendance sheets, fee receipts, and other documentation.
Coordinate with trainers, students, and management regarding class schedules and daily activities.
Support in organizing training programs, seminars, events, and orientation sessions.
Attend and respond to inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and online platforms; provide clear information about available courses.
Assist HR and Accounts departments with documentation, filing, and basic data entry work.
Prepare MIS reports, student progress updates, and share weekly/monthly reports with management.
Experience Required:
0-2 years of experience in administrative or front-office roles.
Freshers with strong communication and learning ability can also apply.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, emails, data entry).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to handle student inquiries and provide accurate information.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and time management.
Qualification:
Graduate in any stream (Bachelor's degree required).
