Maintain and update employee records and files
Process new-hire paperwork and orientation packets
Serve as a liaison between employees and management
Assist with employee benefits administration and enrollment
Support the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings and screening resumes
Respond to basic employee questions and concerns, and escalate complex issues to senior HR staff
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
Complete other administrative tasks as necessary to support the HR team.
Maintaining petty cash and reporting to finance department.
Responsible for all the admin activities
