Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized

Admin Executive (Female)

with at least

1 year of experience

in a similar administrative role. The ideal candidate should have

basic knowledge of accounts

and a strong ability to coordinate and follow up with government or semi-government entities.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate with government and semi-government departments related to company registrations, renewals, and statutory compliance. Handle documentation and follow-ups for availing

government subsidies, incentives, or schemes

related to the footwear industry. Assist in preparing and maintaining required documentation for subsidy claims, audits, and official correspondence. Support the accounts and administrative team in day-to-day office operations. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submissions to relevant authorities.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Graduate in B.Com preferred. Minimum

1 year of experience

in an administrative or office coordination role. Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools. Strong communication, follow-up, and documentation skills. Female candidates only.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
