Job Overview



We are seeking a

proactive and well-organized Admin Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client coordination, support internal teams, manage daily office operations, and take care of professional telecalling requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth functioning across departments and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Client Coordination



Maintain regular communication with clients. Manage schedules, follow-ups, and feedback collection. Ensure timely updates to clients on ongoing tasks and campaigns.

Office Administration



Oversee day-to-day office activities, supplies, and documentation. Ensure smooth workflow and address administrative requirements promptly.

Team Coordination



Act as a bridge between departments for task updates and deadlines. Support project timelines through clear communication and coordination.

Telecalling & Support



Handle outbound calls for follow-ups, client feedback, and campaign support. Assist in ensuring client satisfaction and timely responses.

Candidate Profile



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling responsibilities. Basic knowledge of

MS Office

and

Google Workspace

. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in administration or client support roles preferred. Telecalling experience will be an added advantage.
