We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Administrative Executive

to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions, maintaining documentation, and assisting in coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and correspondence Maintain and organize office documents and records Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers Assist in HR-related activities such as attendance tracking and onboarding Handle office inventory, procurements, and facility maintenance Support senior management with travel arrangements, appointments, and reports Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com/BBA/BA)
