A relevant bachelor's degree in business, education, management, office administration, or communication Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients Preferred candidate having experience with liaison activities and E-filing. Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of company vehicles, pantry and other staff refreshment activities. Managing calendar as well as associated operations. Other tasks such as booking conference halls as well as audiovisual equipment, preparing documentation, etc. Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence Proficient in health and safety regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present ideas clearly Providing assistance to the HR team in recruitment and onboarding. Handle requests and queries appropriately Make travel arrangements Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data Assist Manager - Admin to complete all company projects on time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
