Greet and assist visitors and handle incoming calls professionally
Maintain visitor records, appointments, and front desk cleanliness
Manage courier handling, office supplies, and basic administrative tasks
Assist in documentation, filing, and data entry as required
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
Support HR team in attendance tracking and onboarding formalities when needed
Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Ensure timely communication and a positive front-desk experience for all visitors and employees
