to handle the day-to-day administrative operations at our Dombivli office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of office activities, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and maintain a well-organized, efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office administration and ensure all facilities and utilities are in working order.
Manage office correspondence, filing systems, documentation, and records.
Maintain and monitor office supplies, stationery, and consumables; track usage and initiate reorders as needed.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for housekeeping, maintenance, and other facility-related services.
Support HR and Accounts teams with administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, courier dispatch, and travel arrangements.
Handle petty cash, maintain expense records, and prepare reimbursement statements.
Assist in organizing internal meetings, employee engagement activities, and company events.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and administrative procedures.
Liaise with local authorities, suppliers, and external partners as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com / B.A / BBA).
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of accounting and vendor coordination.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
