ommunication & coordination -- handle calls, emails, correspondence; greet and assist clients or visitors; coordinate meetings, appointments, travel or logistics for staff; support inter-departmental coordination (e.g. between trading, operations, finance, compliance).
Record-keeping & documentation -- maintain and update records, files and databases (client data, transaction logs, office documents), ensure accurate documentation of all transactions and operations, and manage paperwork associated with trading / back-office operations.
Client/account support & compliance assistance -- support onboarding of new clients (account opening, KYC, documentation), respond to client queries about accounts/trades/transactions, assist with compliance-related documentation or audits, and ensure regulatory and internal compliance processes are followed.
Support to various teams & processes across departments -- collaborate with HR, finance, operations, compliance and other teams, helping with tasks like new-joiner formalities, employee documentation, vendor coordination, and facilitating smooth cross-functional workflows.
