Job Description

Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies and inventory. Handle documentation, filing, record-keeping, and data management. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for administrative requirements. Oversee maintenance of office equipment, housekeeping, and facility management. Manage communication including emails, calls, and correspondence. Support management in preparing reports, letters, and presentations. Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars when required. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff. Ensure timely handling of courier, dispatch, and logistics coordination. Assist in organizing office events, training sessions, and meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration/Commerce). 1-3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
