The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing daily administrative and logistical operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office. This includes handling documentation, coordinating with vendors and staff, managing office supplies, assisting HR and management, and overseeing general office upkeep. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, courier dispatches, and vendor communication.
Manage procurement and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Assist HR and management with documentation, onboarding, and official correspondence.
Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and basic bill payments.
Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of the office premises.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in office administration/logistics.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
