Role Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Admin Executive to handle both indoor and outdoor administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of managing office tasks, purchasing activities, and coordinating external work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily office administration tasks, including documentation, filing, and record maintenance. Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory of office collaterals. Conduct outdoor activities such as procurement, vendor visits, courier dispatch, and banking work when required. Coordinate purchases and vendor negotiations with strong bargaining and convincing skills. Support the HR and Accounts teams in operational activities when needed. Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and assist in basic facility management. Prepare expense reports and maintain petty cash records. Assist management in any other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (Car driving is a plus). Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email Handling). Good organizational and time management abilities. Proactive, trustworthy, and able to multitask efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum: Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant experience.
