Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage IT systems and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support.
Oversee machinery management, including maintenance schedules and inventory tracking.
Manage office stationery and supplies, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
Handle asset management across the organization.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
Supervise security management.
Monitor and maintain attendance records for office staff and all warehouse locations.
Perform any other administration-related tasks as required to support organizational efficiency.
Support HR Department in completing assigned Work
Qualifications & Skills
Any Graduate from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry, preferably in administrative or operations roles.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
