The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders, managing CRM systems, maintaining customer data, and ensuring timely reporting. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel and email correspondence are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
Provide administrative and operational support to BDMs
Submit required reports on behalf of the BDMs
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Monitor and record customer credit status and payment follow-ups
Draft and respond to professional emails as needed
Prepare and maintain Excel reports related to sales, customer data, and performance metrics
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of CRM tools
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a sales-driven environment
Familiarity with credit control or finance basics is a plus
