1.

Administrative Tasks



Coordinating to receive queries, request & complaints related to clients & office management.

Devising & maintaining office Assets, including mobile & SIM handover records,

Dealing with incoming calls, emails & posts, often corresponding as per guidelines,

Arranging travel & accommodation for office team as & when required,

Coordinating with clients, suppliers & team as & when required,

Procurement of Stationery, Pantry & House Keeping material,

Collecting & compiling all the Monthly Bills & sending the same to Head office.

Office facilities check/arrangement

Time to time, Third party service cost evaluation for each service out sourced.

Operational Task



Preparing office cash budget sheet, coordination with Finance for the same,

Maintaining Delhi office stock & Demo Unit stock, Maintaining Record of Demo Units received from head office, Updating Delhi office stock sheet time to time, Maintaining Office Asset Sheet.

Updating the files- Telephone & rent Bills file, Handover file, Stock Register, Courier Inward & Outward Register, Shipping advice file, Courier File, Invoice files both Tax & Retail,

Updating the Register- Courier Inward & Outward, Stationery & Stock.

Updating Order Delivery report and send to Headquarter.

Payment Applications - Office rent, Electricity, maintenance, landline, Mobile, Warehouse Courier, Office Courier, Warehouse, Sales Team Expense, Staff and distributor gifts, CHA Payments.

Compile and send E-commerce Purchase orders, Tax invoices, Shipping Documents to Head Office. h) Third party vendor coordination and communication. i) Office cash and facility arrangement best economical bases.

3.

Dispatch, Logistics & Warehouse Coordination



Coordination & Discussion with head office for updates on ready stock, ETD & ETA of goods, coordination for shipment quotations & Purchase Orders for import.

Coordination with CHA time to time for shipment updates, shipment related documents & delivery of goods to warehouse. Updating Import File,

Preparing Performa Invoice & Shipping Advice. Goods dispatch coordination & delivery follow ups. Arranging dispatch of Original Invoices to clients,

Order and Stock sheet

Correct dispatch and stock inward/outword check

Sales Team Coordination & Data Compilation



Maintaining Sales Team DSR Sheet and update on Sales regional groups

Update Beat Plan

update Sales Projection Sheet

Sales update review File

Dealers and Retailers data

regional product Movement Sheet

All India Distributor File

Daily Sales Outout

Regional Target Achievement Sheet

Secondary Sales report
