We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin Executive who can manage day-to-day office administration as well as handle field-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, possess a personal bike for local travel, and be comfortable with on-field coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including office supplies, documentation, and record-keeping.
Vendor coordination, follow-ups, and local visits for purchases/administrative work.
Assist in facility and asset management.
Prepare and maintain reports in MS Excel (expenses, vendor data, stock records, etc.).
Support management with logistics, event/meeting arrangements, and office operations.
Handle local field work such as bank visits, vendor meetings, courier handling, etc.
Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external service providers.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(basic formulas, data entry, reporting).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel locally for work-related tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree / Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in office administration or similar role.
Must own a personal bike with valid driving license.
Comfortable with both office-based and field work.
