1. The candidate should identify, track, and analyze government and institutional tender opportunities and manage the end-to-end tendering process, including Registration, bidding, and documentation on GeM and other central procurement portals.
2. Preparing and submitting techno-commercial bids; Coordinating with internal teams for technical, financial, and compliance inputs.
3. Maintain an updated database of tenders, submissions, approvals, and outcomes
4. Handling financial Support processes such as the supply of Materials and follow-ups for payment from Customers.
5. Handling customer's support services such as managing various types of complaints, AMC services to customers, repairs of supplied material and coordinating with customers for various support services.
6. Oversee daily administrative operations including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence and provide guidance, training, and support to staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities
7. Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including booking venues, arranging catering, and coordinating logistics.
