Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital or healthcare facility.
Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure administrative support and service delivery.
Manage front office operations, including patient reception and inquiries handling.
Liaise with vendors, maintenance staff and housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe and well-functioning facility.
Maintain accurate records of hospital assets, licenses, AMC contracts and vendor agreements.
Assist in the onboarding and administrative processing of healthcare staff.
Handle medical and general documentation, data entry, and filing of patient records (as per guidelines).
Support hospital audits, inspections, and ensure documentation is in line with NABH other regulatory standards.
Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of medical and non-medical supplies.
Act as a point of contact between departments, patients and external service providers.
Qualifications & Skills:
2-4 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Problem-solving attitude with a customer service focus.
