Dispatch Executive

to handle our dispatch operations and ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

daily order dispatch operations

from the warehouse to customers or event locations. Coordinate with

logistics partners, courier companies, and internal departments

for pickups and deliveries. Prepare and verify

dispatch documents, invoices, and shipping labels

accurately. Maintain and update

dispatch records and order tracking information

. Ensure

proper packaging, labeling, and quality checks

before dispatch. Handle and resolve

delivery issues or discrepancies

promptly. Support the warehouse team in maintaining

inventory accuracy and order flow

. Plan and manage

dispatch schedules

for maximum efficiency.

Required Experience & Background

1-3 years of experience

in

dispatch operations

,

warehouse

, or

logistics coordination

. Experience in

E-commerce

or

event management companies

will be an added advantage. Familiar with

order management systems

, courier tracking platforms, and MS Excel. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple dispatches simultaneously. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Must-Have Skills

Excellent communication and coordination skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email, Data Entry). Strong time management and accountability. Quick problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Team-oriented mindset with reliability and integrity.
