. We are looking for a responsible and energetic candidate with
1-3 years of experience
in administration, facility management, and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative operations and office support
Manage attendance records, gate pass, and visitor entries
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, and maintenance
Maintain stock of office supplies, pantry items, and assets
Assist in travel bookings, courier, and documentation
Support event and meeting arrangements
Coordinate with departments like HR, Safety, Dispatch, etc.
Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth facility functioning
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in administration or related field
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication skills in
Hindi
(basic
English
preferred)
Knowledge of facility management and vendor coordination
Organized, proactive, and quick decision-maker
Immediate joiners preferred
