Description:
We are hiring a dynamic
Admin Executive cum Receptionist
to join our team in Mohali. This is a full-time role for female candidates (local to Mohali) with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front-office reception duties and greet visitors, handle calls & correspondence.
Maintain stock records, monitor inventory and materials.
Handle housekeeping team, monitor staff performance, coordinate with all departments.
Assist in event management - planning, coordination, execution.
Prepare Excel reports including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, MIS as required.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Excel -- VLOOKUP, Pivot Table.
Excellent spoken & written communication skills.
Local candidates only (residing in or near Mohali).
Female candidates only.
