The School Admin Executive cum Marketing will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations of the school while also supporting marketing and admission-related activities to ensure smooth functioning and growth in student enrolments.

Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage front office operations and handle parent/student queries professionally.
Maintain student and staff records, files, and documentation.
Support staff joining formalities, attendance records, and basic HR coordination.
Coordinate with academic and non-academic staff for daily school operations.
Handle vendor coordination, inventory, and basic procurement activities.
Assist in fee collection follow-ups and maintain related records.
Ensure compliance with school policies and administrative procedures.
Marketing & Admissions Responsibilities:
Support admission counselling and guide parents through the admission process.
Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiry calls and follow-ups.
Update and manage leads on CRM / ERP software.
Coordinate campus visits, open houses, and admission events.
Support school marketing activities such as flyers, banners, social media coordination, and local promotions.
Liaise with marketing agencies and vendors for promotional activities.
Assist in planning and executing outreach programs, school events, and campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate (Any discipline; Education / Management preferred).
2-5 years of experience in school administration, admissions, or education marketing.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with school ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
