Job Description

1. Facility Management (All Locations)



Monitor cleanliness, housekeeping, and maintenance at all branches. Ensure electricity, water supply, AC, generator, and security systems are functional at every location. Maintain uniform standards across all showrooms and workshops.

2. Admin Coordination



Maintain regular communication with branch admins/heads for daily operational needs. Coordinate uniform distribution, ID cards, and common admin items.

3. Stationery & Supplies



Monitor usage and stock of stationery, printed materials (invoice, quotation, vehicle delivery kits), and general office items across branches. Maintain purchase and issue registers and reconcile monthly stock reports.

4. Vendor & AMC Management



Manage central vendors for services like housekeeping, pest control, printer/copier, ACs, etc.

5. Documentation & Compliance



Maintain agreements, licenses, and legal compliance files for each location.

6. Events & Coordination Support



Support in organizing dealer events, vehicle launches, training sessions, etc. across locations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
