Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Follow up with enquiries and maintain lead status records
Coordinate with clients for approvals, updates, and requirements
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (Creative, Marketing, Accounts)
Maintain client records, reports, and documentation
Schedule meetings, calls, and internal reviews
Ensure smooth workflow and timely communication
Qualifications
Any degree or equivalent qualification
Strong communication skills in
English & Malayalam
Good phone handling and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp Web)
Prior experience in admin / customer handling roles preferred
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
