About the Role:


We're hiring a

proactive Admin Executive

who can bridge the gap between clients and our internal team. Your main role will be to track work given by clients, monitor team delivery, and identify mismatches or additional work being requested. Strong communication, documentation, and follow-up are key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:



Communicate with clients professionally via WhatsApp, email, or calls. Maintain a clear record of work requested by the client. Cross-check completed tasks and ensure they match the client's instructions. Identify and escalate any

extra work

or

scope creep

to the senior team. Prepare daily or weekly work status reports in Excel/Google Sheets. Create and maintain Word documents for meeting notes, summaries, or reports. Assist the management in scheduling, task tracking, and client updates. Ensure proper internal communication with designers, developers, and marketers.

Skills Required:



Good written and verbal communication in

English

. Proficient in

Excel and Word

(Google Sheets and Docs preferred). Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to follow up consistently and keep things on track. Professional attitude and a problem-solving mindset.

Bonus if you have:



Experience in a tech, digital, or agency environment. Familiarity with task tools like Trello, Notion, or ClickUp.

Pay: ₹12,119.45 - ₹20,000.00 per month
