Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Handle customer enquires - Phone, email, google business, WhatsApp
Organize and handle logistics of events conducted by organization
Collect payment and manage refund
UG in any field Pleasant persona and excellent communication skills is a must. 1. Min 5+yrs of overall experience as Front Admin 2. Must have experience in calendar management 3. Experiencing working in a fast-paced environment 4. Flexible and adaptable to change 5. Detail Oriented 6. Creative problem solver 7.
